Six services, one counter

Every service is described on its own deposit slip.

The slips below set out what each service does, what it produces and what the desk needs from a client before the work can begin. Each slip is part of the same run and each one ends with a signed record.

Safekeeping Receipt Bays

A receipt bay is the point at which a document set passes from the client into the custody of HYZQ Capital Pte. Ltd. Each set is counted against a covering schedule, sealed where appropriate and issued with a numbered safekeeping receipt. The receipt records what arrived, when it arrived and who accepted it, so that a later question about the record can be answered from the receipt itself. The bay also keeps a digital index of every item so the physical record can be located quickly without disturbing sealed material.

Clients use the receipt bay for board packs, pledge documentation and instruments that need to be held in a controlled place between events. The bay operates from the Novena Square office and is open during the published business hours.

Wire Instruction Runs

A wire instruction run captures the authority behind a payment and carries it through two independent checks before it reaches settlement. The desk records the originating instruction, the approving person, the receiving account details and the counterparty confirmation in a single packet. Because a single misread digit can cause a serious loss, the run isolates wire work from general correspondence and requires that the two reviewers are not the same person.

If a discrepancy appears, the run pauses and the desk seeks confirmation before continuing. The pause is intentional, and it is recorded in the ledger so that the reason for any delay can be explained later.

Board Minute Desks

The minute desk indexes board minutes and resolutions by entity, meeting date and resolution number. Signed originals are held alongside a versioned digital copy, and the two are checked against each other every quarter. This means that when a transaction needs to be supported by the authority of a board, the relevant minute can be produced without a search through unlabelled files.

The desk also keeps track of amendments and replacements, so that a superseded resolution cannot be mistaken for the current one. Each entry names the custodian who made the last change.

Custody Audit Windows

A custody audit window is a scheduled period during which an independent reviewer inspects the desk records while live settlement work continues. The desk prepares the evidence in advance, arranges access to the areas the reviewer needs and records every finding in a tracked list. Findings are assigned an owner and a closure date, and the closure evidence is filed with the original audit record.

Windows are typically agreed at the start of an engagement and then repeated at an interval that suits the client. The desk welcomes audit work because it turns a promise about controls into evidence that a committee can read.

Pledge Release Reviews

Before a pledged document leaves custody, a release review confirms that every condition of the original pledge has been satisfied. The reviewer works from the original pledge terms, not from a summary, and signs a release note that identifies the approver and the instruction that authorised the handover. Where a condition has not been met, the document stays where it is and the desk explains what remains outstanding.

The review is deliberately separated from the preparation of the record, so that the person who assembled the file is not the person who clears it. This small separation is the heart of the desk release control.

Settlement Sittings

A settlement sitting brings the counterparties, the custody team and the documentation together at a scheduled time so that a completion is witnessed rather than improvised. The desk confirms the time, the place and the documents in advance, then records what was released, what was retained and what was returned. The signed record of the sitting is delivered to the client after the event.

Sittings can be held at the Novena Square office or arranged at a place that suits the parties, subject to the engagement terms. The desk keeps the physical record and the digital record aligned throughout the sitting so that nothing is signed out twice.

COMPLETED

HYZQ Capital Pte. Ltd. opens its settlement window at Novena Square, where each service is reviewed by a second pair of eyes before the counter closes for the day.

How the six services connect

The six services are not separate products stacked beside one another. They form a single flow that begins with a receipt and ends with a release. A document arrives at a safekeeping receipt bay, is indexed by the board minute desk where relevant, is referenced by a wire instruction run if a payment is involved, is checked during a custody audit window and, when the time comes, clears a pledge release review before a settlement sitting closes the matter.

Because the flow is connected, the desk can answer a question about a record by looking in one place. A client asking where a document is, or which instruction authorised its release, receives an answer drawn from the same ledger that the audit window inspects. That consistency is the point of keeping all six services under one counter.

To begin, the desk needs a covering schedule of the documents, the names of the people authorised to give instructions and the outcome the client is trying to reach. The contact page explains how to start that conversation, and the homepage summarises the same desk in shorter form.

  1. 01

    Receipt

A safekeeping receipt bay counts and seals the document set and issues a numbered receipt.

  2. 02

    Index

The board minute desk and the wire instruction runs attach the record to its authority and its payment.

  3. 03

    Audit

A custody audit window lets an independent reviewer inspect the evidence while live work continues.

  4. 04

    Release

A pledge release review clears the record, and a settlement sitting witnesses the handover.

Bring the desk a specific question.

The fastest way to understand how the desk can help is to describe one document set, one wire instruction or one pledge release that needs a controlled home. The desk will explain which of the six services applies, what the receipt will look like and what the release will require. There is no obligation and no lengthy process to begin that conversation.
